Well I've been doing ppl for 5 or 6 months and this summer I've been doing some calithenics and I can do 3 one arm push ups now. But you are right, I look quite dyel, I'll just keep improving.
Not much definition because I've been on a hard bulk. Just got back into lifting and been at the gym doing a proper routine for around a month and a half. Was 170lb. at the beginning of the summer and am now 195, 6'4 btw.
