I could see /tg/ being into it since it's roleplay and I think they've done something similar in the past. Jow Forums would surely jump at the chance for something like this too, being who they are. /b/ could do it too, but would likely take it way less seriously than anyone else.
I doubt most of the boards would allow threads like these in the first place though, like with /4cc/. They can host a single thread on /vg/ and /sp/ by the rules, and many of the boards that have tons of fans like /u/ and /mlp/ usually don't delet them, but that's about it.
