under 20g carb or give up
you fucked up day one
How is it even possible to do that my guy
Do u just not eat
OP again. If I did 91g fat and 150g protein i could do 20g carb and hit my calories. But how the fuck do you eat 91g fat and 150g protein without eating at least 50g carb
pork
Pan fried foods. Burgers, Bacon, Eggs, add cheese and butter/oil to all 3. Add nuts, almonds are high in fat. Consider celery and natural peanut butter.
For protein, 2 scoops of powder to hit your goal.
Current protein powder (sixstar whey isolate) has 9g carb per scoop. What powder would you recommend for keto?
>67
no
While i understand i fucked up my carb macro for keto, would this be a good macro for cutting in general (even if not keto)?
Myprotein Whey Isolate has 1g carb. Isopure has 0. Quest peanut butter has 0.
Don't eat bread or sugar. How hard is that?
Didnt.
Thanks man

Get rid of the sugar. No carb Salad dressing. Eat eggs
No milk except unsweetened almond milk. Light dressing usually adds carbs so it should be avoided.
literally just don't eat fucking sugar you manchild
stop eating fucking peanut butter
eat broccoli, spinach, zucchini, kale, asparagus, cauliflower
eat meat and eggs
eat cheese if you REALLY need a snack
cook everything in butter
read the nutrition facts before you shove food in your mouth and don't depend on myfitnesspal to track everything for you.
I think the milk was my biggest downfall, but that only brings me down to 40g of carbs. The dressing has 3g of carbs, the red bell peppers are 6. Ill avoid that cobb salad from cfa (24g carbs yikes) and sub it for some chicken and lettuce. Put some olive oil on that and get the calories up
Resultant macros. But im still wayyy under calories. My tdee is 1937cal, but 1437 for cutting. Im 200 under if im being seriously generous with the olive oil for the salad
40g is a great start, many of that might be fiberous as well. It's less than 20g total net carbs, so you can subtract the fiber from your total.
Carbs are way too high.
Protein too high, carbs too high. Breakdown is: fat:80%,protein:15%,fat:
Remember, it's net carbs you count, not total carbs. So if it says "Carbs: 10" and below it "Dietary Fiber: 4" you would only count 6 carbs towards your 25g daily carb limit.
Too much carbs too little fat. You should keep carbs almost to zero and fat 75% so you enter ketosis quickly. Once you are fat adapted then more carbs won't hurt.
i wish I was a manlel so I didnt have to eat over 3000kcal just to maintenance
