If your into caffiene they are worth a try at 300mg per can. With a very minor amount of coq10, creatine, and BCAA's added. But not a amount that can really be considerd a suppliment
Tastes kind of blabd on the aftertaste but it does have 0g' of carbs and suger, and 0 calories somehow.
Supper addictive though, if your not into caffiene you may aswell stay away because the caffeine dosage will for sure fell like a amphetine but in a bad way and can leave a headach after awhile on it.
