make a makeshift bong. super easy
>get water bottle
>poke hole at the side near the bottom
>take a bic pen like pic related
>unscrew it and take out the actual pen part, leave only the tube
>stick it down the hole you just made in the bottle
>take the water bottle cap off, poke hole in it, put the other end of the pen tube in
>use tape or something to keep your pen tube relatively upright
>get a small sheet of aluminum paper in your water bottle cap, poke very small holes in it with a pencil
>poke another hole on the side of your bottle, higher up
>fill your bottle until the water reaches your pen tube

>put the weed in your bottle cap, block off the second hole you made with your thumb, light the weed, suck on the bottleneck, once your whole bottle is full of smoke, take your thumb off the second hole and breath it
thats how I do it anyways, works pretty good, but if you can make any alternative to the stupid bottlecap-bowl do it, because it seriously fucking sucks. Just make sure to cover it with aluminum or something so you dont smoke burnt plastic

You can flip the metal pen top upside down, smoking through aluminum is probably almost as bad as smoking through plastic.

When aluminium is burned with a lighter its converted into aluminium oxide which you can breathe in safely, seriously look it up. Its safe. You could smoke out of a can as well if you're real desperate

most of it is easier apart from rolling over. That's the most difficult part for me anyway. Just pack it in with your baccy or whatever and pinch both sides of the paper at either end between your thumbs and fingertips and move them up and down to even out everthing. Put in your roach/filter and roll one side over to the other , roll the paper and seal it, and your gtg my dude. Also high right now and kinda new at rolling. Literally by the third one I was like a pro with the result. You'll be fine man

Get a cigarette and roll the tobacco out of it then roll the cig filter out (roll it enough until a piece of the filter sticks out then just pull it out) then take an index cars and rip a piece off to roll it into a filter to substitute where the old filter was (you need to take the foam filter out because it'll make the weed less potent) then take your weed and fill the cigarette with it, use a pencil or twig to stuff the weed and make it compact so it burns good. I usually twist the end of the cig but you don't have to do this it just makes sure no weed falls out and looks better.
