who quit the jew brew? who here fell for the preworkout kike juice? who realised that once you are addicted you take a preworkout just to perform like you normally would and you are just fighting withdrawals?
Important: im talking strictly about the caffeine, yes coffee does have some meme antioxidants but so does decaff.
addicts often come up with studies financed by cocacola and nestle to defend their junk because they cant quit.
meanwhile the cold hard truth:
>Withdrawal occurs at dosages as low as 100 mg/day. That’s just one typical cup of coffee. One study (Field et al., 2003) even found that abstaining from just 41 mg/day for 30 hours decreased blood flow to some parts of the brain by 19-32%. The most common withdrawal symptoms are headache, fatigue, decreased energy/activeness, decreased alertness, drowsiness, decreased contentedness, depressed mood, difficulty concentrating, irritability, and foggy/not clearheaded-ness. Withdrawal is much, much more common than most people think. Many people just assume legal drugs are perfectly safe and only associate withdrawal with illegal drugs, even though there is practically no relation between the toxicity and addictiveness of drugs and their legal status, but caffeine withdrawal is extremely common. In fact, many studies overestimated the positive effects of caffeine, because they didn’t exclude habitual caffeine consumers. This causes participants to be in withdrawal during the study and the so called positive effects of caffeine are then merely withdrawal reversal. If your training sessions are notably poorer without stimulants, you may very well be in withdrawal. Withdrawal also causes muscle stiffness and weakness. (Juliano & Griffiths, 2004).
The Truth: You become addicted to caffeine quickly, and soon you are drinking coffee to cure withdrawal more than for stimulation.
>The truth is, once you’ve been drinking coffee for a while, the feeling you are getting after a cup isn’t the difference between the normal you and the super you, it’s the difference between the addict before and after a fix.
“The take home is that regular use of caffeine produces no benefit to alertness, energy, or function. Regular caffeine users are simply staving off caffeine withdrawal with every dose – using caffeine just to return them to their baseline. This makes caffeine a net negative for alertness, or neutral at best if use is regular enough to avoid any withdrawal.”
lol I just don't like coffee, so I never really drink anything with caffeine. I guess soda has a bit of caffeine, but I rarely drink it (cause that's also the liquid jew)
These are all newer studies, btw, including one from 2017. Your study is old. Yes, caffeine dependency is a thing, but the benefits of coffee consumption outweigh the dependecy.
Same here, I think OP has a point in that I do tend to get out of hand over time and cut back for a while. So far it's happened naturally but I'm feeling like I've been drinking too much coffee lately so fuck it, I'll cut it out starting tomorrow and see what happens.

When I wake up at 4 am to go to work, It is at the point where I could give a fuck if it is addictive or not. It is the only treat during those cold mornings, sippin coffee in my hoodie with some banana bread, it makes mornings bearable and is delicious. I’m not addicted cause I wake up at 6 am for school or whatever with no coffee all the time, but it is just a nice treat to have. I can’t blame anyone for wanting to get off of it though.
Michael Rodriguez
You poor souls. The last bit of caffeine I had was a small coffeecrisp bar 2 weeks ago. Try to drink some tea, most teas have tiny amounts of caffeine in them so it should help out a bit.
Lincoln Mitchell
>falling for nestle&cocacola funded studies >thinking a cns stimulant which raises cortisol for hours with a 6 hour half life and destroys your quality rem sleep phases is good for you baka
I want to quit, but not while I'm cutting, since it helps
Daniel Russell
>2018 >still using "good for you"
Noah Bennett
>posts a study in the OP saying why caffeine is bad fag
Mason Flores
its all in your head. its an illusion. it doesnt help you.
extra cortisol and less deep sleep doesnt help.
being stimmed and doing more volume than you would be able to normally handle doesnt help you but makes you overreach easier especially on cal restriction.
longterm you are fucked and habitual consume has no net benefit.
caffeine is only good for contest day to give 110%

>what is simple logic >rather trusting kikes who benefit from selling you the worlds 2nd most traded good right after oil >thinking there is no bs involved

Day 5 of nocaff here. I basically do nocaff 1 week out of the month to keep the tolerance low. The most I get is an craving for a coke during lunch or feeling like shit for the first ~15 minutes of my workout. Once I get the blood pumping and break a sweat, I get lifters high and my craving for caff is gone.
Nofap is the real devil. On day 2 of nofap and its a struggle to even get this far. Porn is just so easy to obtain and so tempting for the short term dopamine hit. But I know it makes me feel like shit during the day and is causing me to lose school/work gains.
Logan Jones
based and redpilled.
after 2 weeks of nofap i literally feel like im on cocaine in terms of euphoria and energy. its the biggest redpill in human history.
Henry Brooks

I can do one cup in the morning and that's enough for me. If I drink a second cup I get terrible anxiety and anger, it's a weird feeling. I can drink black tea as much as I want and no side effects though
Julian Collins
I gave up caffeine in may 2017, its the second best thing I've ever done for my health (first was stopping smoking) I have so much more energy now, getting up in the morning I spring out of bed without needing my morning brew to wake me up. 10/10
My current work on now is giving up the ethanol jew.
Jeremiah Ross
found out my mom has been weening me off regular coffee for awhile now slowly mixing in decaf until it was just decaf coffee, I won't quit drinking coffee because it does have health benefits but definitely avoid (((regular))) withdrawals are a bitch
Tyler Ramirez
i never get people who are like that. even when i was drinking 8 cups of expresso a day i wasn't irritable before a cup of coffee
Xavier James
the secret is that theyre just assholes

I can barely even get to one week. How do you guys stop dapping? I can only fuck my gf on the weekends.

*fapping
Josiah Diaz
How did you not notice the difference in taste?
Zachary Ramirez
You will have killer headaches for a few days, just be ready for that. After about a week I was completely normal, no longer felt like a zombie upon waking. Nowadays, if I drink some coffee I immediately feel a headache
Hunter Phillips
Stopped drinking coffee minus the occasional decaff, but I still have pre workout just to get myself in the mindset of the gym. Once I've drank it I have to go and it still gives me the boost. I don't go every single day and haven't noticed any withdrawal symptoms, and I used to have at least 6 big cups a day.

Never drank coffee, but in the last year i became addicted to caffine pills
Started taking one as a preworkout. Then i started taking them to help me get up for work. Eventually i was taking 1800 mg of caffine pills 4 or 5 days a week
Quit cold turkey last month. 5th best decision i ever made after quitting alcohol jew, smoking jew, sugar jew, and prescription medicine jew.
0 dependencies is the way to go. Next step I'll cut out my addictions to water and food and sunlight. Only then can i die a True Death
Ryder Green
How can you get this easily addicted to things yet be able to quit?
Alexander Clark
Could my caffeine intake be a reason for my ridiculously high TDEE?
Eli Thomas
No.
Christian Roberts
What do you guys think about green tea? I stopped drinking coffee alltogether a couple months back but recently started drinking a big cup of green tea every now and then before working out
Nicholas Sanchez
I have that too, easily addicted, easily stop. I once had an opiate addiction (that was the worst one) and had to go on holiday, so I just went and not a lot happened. I slept not ok for a few nights, but because I was hiking in the mountains, I slept anyway. Nowadays I just lift and do jujitsu. I also stopped doing snuff, cut down on the alcohol (only for work related things I drink) and watch my sugar intake. Drugs are simply not worth it.
Stopped drinking coffee 2 months ago, vastly improved sleep and mornings. I sometimes drink the occasional free red bull that they hand out on campus, but other than that nil. Now I just need to cut out fapping and find more sugarless food.
Julian Adams
Fuck you, faggot. I love the taste of coffee and helps me shit
Black, no sugar
