2. I don’t do cardio because i don’t have time
3. I don’t count calories because I don’t monitor my diet at all
4. I started going to the gym 6 months ago, doing powerlifting or bodybuilding would be pointless
5. I do chin-ups and push ups, I cannot do pull-ups (yet)

My muscle mass barely changed over the years but I definitely grew stronger since I remember when I could barely do 300 kettlebell swings with a 16kg bell, now I can do 500 swings with a 28kg bell in about 45 minutes. I think working with a kettlebell increased my overall endurance, explosiveness, balance and coordination. ...oh and my grip is so much stronger than it used to be
