1. I only weigh 140 pounds and I have been lifting for 6 months, so I can't do any of those lifts 2. I don’t do cardio because i don’t have time 3. I don’t count calories because I don’t monitor my diet at all 4. I started going to the gym 6 months ago, doing powerlifting or bodybuilding would be pointless 5. I do chin-ups and push ups, I cannot do pull-ups (yet)

Do people actually find this list to be hard or elitist? Kek, the only sort of tough one is the 2 plate OHP, though I guess doing that while under 12 percent bodyfat and while being able to run a mile in under ten minutes depending on your height and weight is tough.

My muscle mass barely changed over the years but I definitely grew stronger since I remember when I could barely do 300 kettlebell swings with a 16kg bell, now I can do 500 swings with a 28kg bell in about 45 minutes. I think working with a kettlebell increased my overall endurance, explosiveness, balance and coordination. ...oh and my grip is so much stronger than it used to be
