I've been doing abs workout for 4 weeks (workout found on yt), 20 min long sessions, everyday. I eat only 1500 cals a day. I see little to no results. I only have time for 20 mins of exercise a day. Tired of being a fat lard of disgusting shit. What am I doing wrong? Starting to believe maybe it is genetics.

Eat more calories. Cut the length of the workouts and increase your intensity.
There's 2 possible scenarios.
1) By far the most likely scenario is that you're not actually eating 1500 calories, you're eating way more. I don't even know how you came to that number in the first place. Did you calculate your TDEE? If you're gonna be serious about this you need to PRECICELY measure your calories. A scale can help you with that. Only cook at home where you have full control of how many calories are in your plate, or if that's too inconvenient, buy prepackaged meals that have a set number of calories every time. Consider intermittent fasting with caffeine to blunt your appetite and improve your metabolism. Kinobody has some nice videos on that and has inspired me a lot.
2) You're losing weight but you're having unrealistic expectations about how fast progress is. A measuring tape to track your progress is a must have.
