I was having trouble sleeping yesterday because I was hungry and could not stop thinking about the cream puff I had in the refrigerator that I'm not supposed to eat.

But I caved, went to the fridge and ate the cream puff. My favorite dessert.

Thanks to everyone on /fat/ as well as /fast/. This is the most amount of weight I've lost ever in my entire life and this motivation to get Jow Forums.. I've never experienced this before in my life.

3.5 months of
- 1000 cal deficit
- keto
- OMAD
- 3 day fast every other week
- 10k light rowing or 60 min walking/jogging

I've also recently started lifting and my lifts are constantly improving each week even as I'm losing weight (probably just noob gains but still awesome). Goal is to get 145 (I'm 5'9) then eat at a surplus of 500 cals each day while lifting.

You guys are awesome and we're all gonna make it.

Loose skin is the result of losing too much weight in too little time, Change your lifestyle, Quit the meat and limit yourself to veggies and spices. Pick up walking as a Hobby. in a year it would be worth it. At some point you won't have the same appetite. I used to be a glutton that would devour four meals only to be emotional and hangry at 4 am, Now i can't eat more than one meal without feeling the urge to throw up or go exercises for hours.

I ate an entire box of cereal and 5 bananas. I wasn't even hungry,

I just want to lose these last 20 lbs but my cravings aren't having it.

I was going to start a 4 day fast. However, I fell asleep and I had forgotten. I went downstairs and ate a hamburger. It looks like I am starting again tomorrow.

I could have gotten a 1500ish deficit, but I ate again so it was probably only 500. I've been plateauing for 1-2 weeks and I am getting annoyed.

I have been snacking all day, but I managed to keep it under control. Under my TDEE but not within my calorie limit for 2 Lbs a week. I’m so close to reaching a milestone weight, and I want it to come as fast as possible.

What will fasting do? I’m new to weight loss.

Set a goal and get to it.

I got stuck at the same weight. Recalculate your TDEE, eat at maintinence for 2 weeks, then do a 36 hour fast, then hop back into counting your calories. I went from 310 to 237, and after that much grinding you have to take a break just to regain your bearings (only if you are plateauing obviously)

If you don’t eat any food then you will loose weight

I want to be 10% bodyfat(roughly 160-165lbs). Roughly how long will that take if I eat at a -1000 deficit from my TDEE, doing intense cardio twice a week, and lifting heavy as fuck PPL 3 times a week?

If anyone is thinking of doing a fast just remember that the first day will be the hardest, after that it gets easier by the day.
Also if you dont want to do a full fast just stop eating after 6pm, you absolutely will get results from this but just at a slower rate than a full fast.

I walked about 2 miles every day and walked probably 4 miles today just to get the stress out. Yesterday I had a BP rating of 160/100 after work and I felt like my head was going to explode just because I was stressed at work in how they were just going to leave me hanging when I injure myself again doing work. My BP levels got as low as 129/80 today. I mean fuck me right?

While fasting muscle loss only happens if your body fat is already very low (marathon runner tier).
Muscle gain or loss is mostly a function of exercise. You can’t eat your way to more muscle.

Am I just being ungreatful of my weight loss? I lost like five pounds in the last week but I feel like I am not making any gains. I look obese still. I feel like I should be losing more. Maybe I should just order the other weight loss drug and go for all out death.

My calorie outtake isn't really matching my weight lost (I eat 1100 calories less than my tdee and walk about 16km a day which also takes my to 1100)
However in reality in only losing maybe between .8~1.2kg

Try to run at a pace you can manage to hold long-term. Sometimes it might feel like you're jogging in one place, but still, don't walk, keep jogging/running.

Just start doing IF with a kcal deficit with a high protein, low carb diet. You will have little to no cravings, and it will be super easy to stick to it. Also cardio helps a lot.

If you're not too far gone, you can lose all that fat (I'd say up to ~30kgs) without any permanent marks. Losing ~1 kg a week is reasonable, though it takes effort. 0.5kg/week is more easily attainable.

Used to weigh 75kg and now im at almost 90kg.

Now just realized after doing new weight excel that my weight and waist have been nowhere near normal for over 10 years. I don't even know what being normal feels like. If I had better sleep hygiene (11pm bedtime as opposed to 1-2am, ~8 hours instead of 6-7) would that alone help me lose weight if my diet and exercise remained the same?

You lose weight during sleep so the more sleep the better. I go to bed by 10 pm and get up by 8 am. Usually 6 am but if I can sleep later I will. Look into Magnesium Glycinate supplements.
