Do NOT take pill form for both vitamin D and Vitamin A. These pill forms saturate the receptors in with one form of receptor in which is meant for a variety of receptors from the actual food. Beta carotene pills (vitamin A) saturate your receptors with only beta carotene, but a carrot has multiple carotenoid receptors that need to bind. Only get your vitamin D from sunlight as well, not pill form. Reduces your risk from cancer if you quit taking these pils
Unrelated but I need to get a full blood check up. I fall sick constantly these days. My parents get sick like once every year..fuuug.

I only take vitamin D during the winter periods and will always get my daily vitamin D from 20 mins in sunlight everyday.
Regarding vitamin A, I prefer to get my weeks consumption from eating liver but I have been slack recently and have had The pill form instead, but I have been told as long as you get regular vitamin D, your vitamin a conumption shouldn’t be a problem I also get regular blood tests to check on things
You are not wrong though I admit user

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5241405/ "As vitamin A, E, D, C and folic acid are shown to have some deleterious effects in various studies, we focused on them in this narrative review. "
that's just one
I use to guzzle beta carotene + vitamin d (both high doses) daily, but i stopped. I only get my vitamin A from veges and Vitamin D from sunlight now. Food > vitamin

I take: >Vit. B12 >Vit. D3 (I live near the Arctic circle) >1 antacid (sub-RDA calcium) >DHA/EPA >creatine >alpha-gpc (choline)
When I average out my nutrition, these seem to be the things I'm lower in (creatine is an exception).

They're both part of the same metabolic cycle. But citruline doesn't get broken down by the gut as much and in addition is absorbed more efficiently into the bloodstream, so I went with citruline. Plus I had previous experience with high watermelon juice diet regrowing hair somewhat, which I assumed was due to high citruline content, which I think I confirmed when I got the citruline supps.
Okay, it says vitamin A and beta carotene increase risk of cancer. But vitamin D does not, it just doesn't prevent cancer. Which means I can stay inside my mom's basement popping calcium pills. Feels good man, fuck the sun.
