Put a lot of effort into something that's going to inevitably ruin your appetite. my go-to is a quarter of a box of mac n cheese overcooked so it's all soggy and then made with lard or bacon fat and sour cream instead of butter and milk. I want to vomit after the second bite and can't eat anything all day.

I don't really have anyone else to tell this, but I just realized my assisted chin ups are getting so much easier on the same settings because I'm literally lifting less. I've lost enough weight that I can almost pull myself up!

I used two table spoons to make a dressing for salad, one to fry. I didn't eat 3 table spoons but I'd rather over estimate than under.

ok fair enough. I like the over-estimating calories. I do that too. Especially when I found out that labels on foods are permitted to be up to 20% wrong about how many calories they contain.

Finally scraped enough money to order a food scale, hopefully my autism will help me stick to measurements.

I've finally got my 3 mile to 32 minutes, with the first being at an 8 min pace. The other two were 10 and 11. Going to test my 2 mile this friday, hope its sub 18.
