What do you do on your off days after full body workout?

I've been feeling guilty about not doing anything, been thinking about calisthenics, I've read that it doesn't put much stress on your body and is quick to recover from.

Read a book, play bass, be with friends.

Yoga, hiking, leg curls, ab work and/or unweighted pullups. Cardio if I'm really really bored.

Are you asking what to do physically? You're off days are still a part of your training, you need to recover properly. It might not seem like a big deal now (assuming you're a beginner) but it will benefit you on the long run. Don't stress you're joints more than needed.

How the fuck do you people have time for all this? Just spending time with the wife and kid takes like 50% of my time and I also work a shitload. Am I the only normie on Jow Forums?

I went barefoot running yesterday. Wanted to kill myself today because I could barely walk from the DOMS in my calves and had to workout. Cardio is the answer.

Your body does not know difference between iron and your bodyweight. You are doing easiest exercises if you dont get enough resistance. Also of course its easier to do compound movements when your muscles can work together. Its all about leverage when you want to go serious about calisthenics.

I have strength goals but I also want to run a 10k in december. So, on Tuesdays I do interval running training and Thursdays I run 10 kilometers.
