Chest + tri’s, back + bi’s, legs, shoulders, arms + abs, legs x repeat done seven days a week.
Usually main compound with 3-4 assessories done to failure, between 8-10 reps on the compound, lots of drop sets and supersets
Cardio 20-30 minutes every day, high intensity

You can't really justify dropping the lift until you are at more than 4 plate. I was 160 lbs, doing 3 plate (315lbs), meaning that was nearly twice my body weight - and still, I could lift and lower it with control.
Just look at how fucking high those plates are bouncing when he drops them.
