this is my stomach FOUR HOURS after a meal
I honestly don't even get what it is..like maybe it's just fat? But then I don't take up with with my stomach coming out like this
From the front its okay but from the side I look 5 months pregnant and the only way to not look like this by not eating

I have the same issue. For me it is caused by carbs. When I go keto, I have the flattest stomach. But should I consume 100g of carbs, it looks like I gain like 2-3kg in the stomach area. I'm taking probiotics and prebiotics to help with this (my assumption is that I don't have the right bacteria in the gut to digest carbs, so it causes an inflammation and water retention).

It could be that you are intolerant to one of the FODMAPs. The sugar or fructose in some foods is not being digested, instead it's fermenting in your gut and creating a lot of gas.
It could also be that you are eating a lot of protein in one meal and while it's being digested your body retains a lot of extra water.
99% of the time it's some sort of sugar. Try going without any fruit or foods that have added augar for a few days and see how you feel.

Its probably your fats intake. Track your macros throughout the day (literally everything you put into your mouth). One mnm, track it. Your fats should be around 20-25%. And protein should be 1-1.5g per pound of bodyweight. Do that for a week and youll notice a significant improvement

You have poor hip flexibility, probably from sitting all day and inactivity, and it' making you body curve in a weird way whih emphasises the little bit of fat you have on your belly, Look up how to get rid of lordosis and then if you're still "bloated" then either learn to live with it or lose that last little bit of fat.
Would leg raises really be ideal? It's very easy to use too much of the hip flexors when doing them and if she already has tight hip flexors and weak abs that might make it even easier to use too much of the hip flexors

To fix your pelvic tilt you should stretch your back leg muscles and your iliopsoas muscle and quadriceps. And you should do some core strenght excercises. Like crunches and planks. On the other hand you look fine. Oh and when you do excercises never miss the stretching. But if you are too lazy to stretch by yourself go to yoga.

I think you're all right about the food I eat really contributing to this..I guess it makes me retain too much water and bloat so I'm gonna try and eat more protein (it's just everyone says fruit is so healthy etc etc but isn't worth not being able to wear cute clothes)
Also I'm gonna fix my awful posture but I think I'll need external help for that from a proper physiotherapist
I did planks (could barely manage a minute) and more ab stuff (it was so hard which just proves this bloating is all my weak asses fault) and obviously one day isn't enough to make much change but I'm at least feeling less bloated..not at the same level as when I wake up but still better than before (and I ate a bit!)

For me it's carbs, if I need to look good for something, I do low carb for the week prior. Not keto, but a slice of toast and a glass of milk will be all my carbs.

If you want to spend most of the day not looking like that, then fast and eat only before you sleep so that you don't look like that the rest of the day desu.
