What small exercise can I add to my day to help lose weight? I want to be 160 lbs.

Only watched what I ate since spring 2017. Used to be 235 lbs.

BMI of 25 is "normal" and I have that once I hit 174 lbs. But I'm still fat.

How often does everyone have a cheat meal?

Been having 1 or 2 maximum per week and continued to lose weight every week for several months, so see no reason to change just yet. It makes me feel damn guilty though, every single time

I only have a cheat meal if it's with purpose and it's a good meal. And even then I try not to go over my cut.
Today my dad came home from work and prepared some 3-egg omelette with meat and onions in it. Since I've only eaten around 1000 kcal today, I figured I can afford that one cheat meal since chances are it won't exceed 800 calories. And there's that, with 1 cheat meal I'm still at a cut, made some family gains and I'm actually feeling good. It's already 7 PM so I won't eat anything else today.

A bad example of cheat meal is feeling like shit, giving in and binging alone on some McDolands plastic meat and fries shit.

It is hard, not complicated but hard to actually eat so little when 25 years of your life has been food = coping mechanism for struggles.

Yeah took me a while to actually get going.
Actual starting weight is probably closer to 144kg.

Got a new scale at around 132kg which shows about 2kg more (which is the spike around 132).
The only thing that frustrates me a bit is that I'm lifting while cutting but I can feel I would gain much faster with more calories, weight has to go first tho.

alright you're doing good. but don't forget when your declination starts to slow down, even to a point where it feels almost nothing. Don't worry and just keep going, less fat means less burns, but you'll gain muscle and at the same time start to accumulate lots of water, it will feel like you're not losing anything. be aware of oedemas and keep doing what you do.

No. I did it once and it overestimated the calories burned. Also with lifting it doesn't calculate calories burned anyway so you won't know.

Dude when you do it fast, that’s when you risk stretch marks, health, and loose skin. Just change your life from this moment on. Eat the best meal possible at every opportunity, go to the gym everyday. Bam

But I have nothing to confess. My breakfast was oats and half an avocado, lunch was rice broccoli and chicken breast, and dinner was some peanut butter sandwiches with an apple. Then after work I went to the gym and had a scoop of whey mixed in water.

You have 20lbs to go before not being overweight. If you're anything like me, you probably have another 20lbs to go after that to lose the belly. You have some loose skin though, so that might change things.

Get to 160lbs then SLOWLY bring your calorie intake back up to TDEE, because the first thing your body will want to do after you stop cutting is go back to being fat. That's some savage visceral fat though.

I like to think of these days as blips on the radar. As long as you stick with your calorie/exercise goals for the majority of your days, these overindulgences even out over time. 6'1 260 lb. Was losing weight steadily and suddenly I've stopped but I'm not doing anything differently. I started a HIIT cardio thing recently so if anything I'm actually doing better than before.

Sundays are the worst for a struggling /fat/tie. It's only 2:15 PM and I've already reached my 1800 kcal.
Mostly clean, fresh, homecooked food: mashed potatoes, chicken breast, , boiled eggs, yoghurt and tomatoes for breakfast, but dad brought some cake for us for lunch desert. I'm very grateful to have a close nuclear family, and I don't go over my cut but I would have wanted to eat something at 6 PM too, and not start the fast now.
Oh well. Anyway how do you count kcal in cakes? It was a chocolage cake, don't know the name, and it weighted 180 grams. I figured it would be about 800 kcal in total, but I'm shooting blanks.
Going for a run later today as well. How do I best burn about 5 calories and make sure I didn't go over my cut? Sprinting? I can comfortably run 5 miles.
