I remember when I started bulking as a skinnyfat and even tho i gained 15 lbs people asked by if i was losing weight. Having any amount of visible muscle and posture gains does a lot

lean is nice, but don't you want any mass at all? 5'11" @ 159 looks like a baby bird with a shirt on. You dont have to choose between them. You can be strong and muscular and still be lean. Being lean is easy. Being lean and big takes work.

Fatty all throughout middle and high school, decided to start lifting after senior year and was hooked ever since. I think lifting every day bumps up my tdee quite a bit so cutting is pretty easy at 2400cals

5’10” 185lb... im consistently doing a lean bulk.. I find it hard to stay leaner than I am now and retain muscle... Currently doing the carb loading diet at nights and fats and proteins during the day. Any critiques??
