I tried to apply for a job where I directly sell stuff to people yesterday for social gains. I`m pretty sure my training routine is pretty close to natty maximum for at least 3 years now.

I've been slowly getting into more lifting. I had an injury a few years ago and it majorly fucked me up, basically lifted something at work which caused my bladder to push urine where it's not supposed to go and in turn get an infection. Also developed a hydrocele and varicocele's. So occasionally I get pain when lifting. To remedy this I've switched from doing bench presses to floor presses as they are not putting so much pressure below my abdomen.

So what am i going to do?

Probably 60-70 reps of 80 pound floor presses.

I'm still trying to figure out how I can modify a 5x5 work out so I don't get pain.
