Those bands have zero training value, however they are a great teaching tool to make novice lifters push their knees out and do a proper squat.

The most weight I've seen a woman lifting in my gym has been 205lb on squat. Recently I saw one squatting 175. Usually it's 65, 85, or 95, at most 135.
