I want to start excercising but I hate eating
Is it possible (or healthy) to excercise while eating next to nothing?

How can you hate eating? To me it’s something you have to actively suppress so you don’t become obese

Do I need to eat above my norm if I excercise?

if you wanna build muscle yeah; if you wanna lose weight no

I'm barely over underweight, I want to excercise for health

For health? Please elaborate

Then just make sure you aren't under-eating.

Do I really need to explain this? On Jow Forums?

Eat a little of extremely caloric dense food. Weight gainers exist but Idk if they help at all. You could also try spiking your insulin constantly to make yourself hungry.

morning jog is great.
if you wanna become healthier eat nutrient dense foods like beef meat and liver.

what the fuck is this thread? are you some kind of turbo retard?

yes
now answer my question

Read the sticky

You're gonna lose muscle at the same rate you lose fat if you don't eat enough protein

but what do you want to know? what is "exercising?" what are your goals? there's nothing to answer because you haven't posted any kind of coherent question.

Eating next to nothing and exercising is worse than eating next to nothing and being sedentary. How do you expect to have the energy and motivation to exercise and actually enjoy it while you're body is starving and eating itself to survive? Eat food. If you're afraid of getting fat, then don't eat junk food. Rice, vegetables, beans, fruit, potatoes, corn, oatmeal, nuts, seeds.

Once you start exercising you will feel hungry and want to eat more, especially doing cardio. If you don't want to eat a ton of food and get big muscles then don't do it, not everyone has that goal. Find a balanced diet of healthy foods you enjoy eating, eat as much as you feel like and go Bruce Lee mode. There's more to fitness than getting huge muscles, you can get strong, fit and flexible while being skinny and also look pretty good. Plus you'll be a lot healthier than the bodybuilders who consume thousands and thousands of calories and also eat a lot of unhealthy fatty foods and cheat meals.

>i hate eating
no you dont.

Is it healthy to NOT EAT? What kind of dumbfuck question is this?

There are multiple ways one can improve their health.
