My dinner is venison meatballs with zucchini, string beans, and tomatoes, cooked in a light tomato sauce. I'll serve with quinoa.
CMT - Because we need a current meal thread
And all veggies are organic and grown by my father
Did you kill the deer?
Anyway based dad's veggies cooker. My dad cooks and gardens too, trading food pics is a big part of our relationship. Anyway I already had plenty of carbs so tonight I'm having the MEAL OF TEST.
Brainlets: those are oysters.
>two "anyways" that close
fugg shoulda proofread. also forgot to say that that looks goddamn delicious
meat
today is belly pork
tomorrow is steak
How you do that tomato sauce
Cheesey pasta and broccoli salad.
Yeah I got 2 last fall. Butchered, then vacuum sealed and put in my chest freezer. I'm eating the last of them not because hunting season is fast approaching.
Love oysters! I do prefer them raw with lemon and hot sauce though.
sounds extremely good
It's too difficult to count calories accurately when cooking for yourself, so I'm trying to find fast food that fits my macros. Currently all I can find is Chick-fil-a grilled sandwich no bun, and protein-style in-n-out. And some salmon from a fish place. Any other decent fast food options? Some of us have to get lunch at work.
i can only eat from a buffet, but its unlimited so im bulking as much as possible
what i ate today:
>fuckton of water before/during lifting
>big ol' garden salad
>1 chicken breast
>3 slices of turkey breast
>buncha gravy
>1 piece of apple crumble
>later on
>'nother big ol' garden salad
>1.5 chicken breasts
>3 slices of tender steak
>3 more slices of turkey breast
>about a ladle of mashed potatoes
>bowl of yogurt
>with a bit of oreos on top
>and peach slices
>and chocolate pudding
>and plenty of water
sound like a good bulk? cuz it tasted great
although the chicken breast had a tad bit of pink on it, i just hope my immune system can deal with that
i'll just eat a bunch of spaghetti and peanut butter and go to bed, i'm trying to broaden my cooking horizons but it's hard to make a proper meal that has enough calories and protein because you have to put a fuckton of meat in it and it gets kinda expensive and sides have awful caloric values if you try to avoid that
chipotle w salad base is good for cutting, chickfila grilled nuggets and kale side are goat
Chipotle:
Burrito bowl
NO RICE
Black beans
add some fajita veggies
DOUBLE CHICKEN
GUAC
Vegetabley salsas
Is godtier. Add brown rice (and cheese?) if you're bulking.
chicken breast doesnt cost that much and has a shitton of protein my dude
you could also do milk which is like 128g protein in 1 gallon (only in addition to regular eating tho)
sounds good but why can you only eat from a buffet?
brown rice is disgusting and full of anti-nutrients, same with beans
my preference for bulking is
white rice
fajita veg
double steak
pico de gallo
guac
smoked tabasco
I agree with the brown rice. Barely digestible. But are beans really that bad? If washed and thoroughly cooked, they never give me any stomach issues.
Just ate Mcdonalds
1x mcchicken
1x mcdouble
1x medium fries
1x oreo mcflurry
then you should stick with them, I seem to be sensitive to them; grains are generally that way—digestibility varies a lot between individuals/nationalities
I mean carb sources, not just grains
>tfw no dairy queen in my area so I have to settle for a mcflurry instead of a dq blizzard
Its one of the only things I hate about living in nyc
Mine is wheat bread peanut butter sandwich and canned tuna which I eat straight out of the can every night for the past month, with 1 more month to go.
I think this is rock bottom.
Dont feel bad. I often eat a can of tuna right from the can as my bedtime meal. I usually have a few handfuls of nuts or seeds with it.
first off, i dont have any money because its my freshman year and i cant get a job for shit, and my college has a meal plan where i get 14 meals a week, usually i have shop class from 5 to 10 (pm) and cannot go to the buffet, and instead get boneless wings
