jason blublah says close grip bench press
Weighted dips and low incline dumbbell press
close grip hits tris more
Wtf? I always thought it was far grip
Yeah me too. I thought it’s far grip
huge pecs look ridiculous
might as well get breast implants
Nani?
the close grip he advises is more like shoulder width, like on most guys it would be the thumb touching the smooth part of the bar.
Can I say this pose (bottoms up taken from the front) really sets my fire up?
Cables are alright. But I would also choose lying and incline dumbell flies.
DB press and cables. Nothing works better.
Not bar bell?
1g of test 500mg deca and 100mg a-drol weekly
yeah a genetic freak who roided his ass off is a great counterexample
Post body
Light load bench and then on the fifth set you go until failure, with no rests deload, until failure, deload some more and until you're left with nothing but the bar.
Decline DB bench press and DB flies are also great.
Not op but I do flat bench (currently at 175lbs GSLP) and incline dumbbell press.
Also dips, but they seem more for tri’s idk
What else can I do to grow my titties
eat more dummy
B-but everyone is telling me to cut rn
w-what? that's my normal grip
Don't get me wrong, it's great for strength, because it allows for using much bigger weights, but if you only care about pec hypertrophy, dumbbells do it better, because of the increased ROM on both sides of the movement.
Cut for what? Do you want to be a massive cunt or some skinny dyel with a 6 pack? Eat more, lift big, get big. Cut next year when summer is about to kick in
Cope
Thanks frens
Advise much appreciated
Weighted dips if you do them correctly.
If you want big fat man tits (and who doesn't?) that's the way to do it.
Flat bench, paused bench, and incline dumbbell bench
Blaha is a fucking retard
Redpill me one dips. I always feel it heavy in my front delts instead of my chest.
Keep the forearms vertical. Grip the bars hard and sort of twist out as if your trying to bend them to activate everything.
Keep the legs straight, feet together and as you descend they should go out in front of you.
Basically descend until the arms are at a right angle, or there abouts depending on your flexibility and keep your scapula retracted, shoulders back, core strong and chest up/engaged throughout.
It should really hit your chest and triceps predominantly... Should feel almost like a bench or like you're actually press yourself horizontally rather than up and down vertically.
The form advice on them in 'Becoming a Supple Leopard' is pretty spot on if you can find a PDF or video.
Basically if you let your chest cave and/or stay too vertical so that your forearms aren't straight you will transfer the load (and a lot of stress) into your elbows and shoulders which is why a lot of people have shoulder problems doing dips.
Done right they're a great exercise for building chest and tricep strength and will help you up your bench sigiificantly.
decline & incline barbell press
Thanks a lot! I was always letting my body swing to the other side.
Which is still a tris exercise
Bench 4xweek. Also post pics of allegedly massive pecs
Heavy bench
incline dumbbell bench
Cable flies
>fat grip
Wide grip you absolute fucking dunces
I concur weighted dips
blaha would say that
incline db press is by far the best compound for chest
and as with everything else do as many accessories as you can
Do rope pulldowns instead of dips to save your shoulders.
dips to failure followed by pushups to failure. Some people are fucked for chest though. My cousin can bench 300+ lbs for reps and his chest is shit tier. He's a big boned guy and very naturally strong but his chest is flat as fuck
Flat is justice.
>roids give you great genetics
haHA
Do chest dips by leaning forwards a bit, just google chest dips and use that form. Also slightly widen your grip on the bench and do cable crossovers
DB Press, Cables, dips, and flies using resistance bands.
Scooby even recently made a video about the last one.

I get wrist pain when doing dips,
any advice?
This desu, there's no point in cutting in autumn/winter
Dubs and yes, same. Would love to fuck her ass hahahahahaha
>initial claim was a huge chest looks ridiculous
>user posts a photo of a bodybuilder with a disproportionately large chest
>"Yeah he's a freak bro he doesn't count"
you're a fucking idiot
Ask any woman what they believe the sexiest muscles are 90% of the time they'll say arms, then chest. Your chest probably just looks like shit
Imagine if you be went to the beach with her she just swallowed some seawater and it acted as a laxative and she had anal leakage. Haha. And she asked you to put sunscreen on her. And you put it on her butt and it mixed with the leakage. Haha. Imagine the smell. That would be crazy dude haha
>arms is a muscle
the sexiest muscle is upper traps
I've been doing clap pushups with my feet elevated recently. I get a decent chest pump with them.
retard
you get much more rom doing cgbp whereas when you do wide you get like a dick length of rom
cg and pause
if you can bench 315 with a close grip and a pause and you still have shit pecs add in db bench as an accessory.

if you can bench 315 with a close grip and a pause and you still have shit pecs add in db bench as an accessory. this shouldnt really be the case though unless you have bad genetics. if you are still lifting baby weight (225 for less then 10 reps) keep focusing on benching
you are lifting baby weight focus on your bench you cant even do 225 for reps
While you're not wrong that it uses the triceps more than the wide grip bench, it also has pecs under tension for a longer period of time because the bar has to move further. Close grip bench grows the chest well.
Brap
>What are the top exercises for chest mass?
guillotine press, gironda approved
the more flared your elbows the more your chest work and that exercise is like a "poorly" executed bench press
while it's fucking amazing, if not THE best chest exercise, it has some risk of exploding shoulders
other than that, dumbbell bench press and chest dips
