Probably won't kill you but I'd get used to omad first, then incorporate fast days and only then start longer fasts

There are thousands of randos online who claim to have completed long-term fasts successfully. They are full of shit. Every. Last. One.
That kind of long-term fasting is nearly impossible to pull off, and when you do, it wrecks you in the long-term.
Try intermittent fasting, user. Just stay on a super low calorie diet one or two days a week, or skip a couple of meals every other day. You will see much better results.
The great thing about IF is that if you are too lazy to take on a real diet and workout regimen, than you can easily be too lazy to eat a couple times a week.

Dinner:

Snack on nuts during the day. Focus on getting stronger with a basic program like SS.

Anything else will definitely fail, you WILL binge, you WILL end up regaining all the weight plus more. Fasting, IF, keto, OMAD, all of that shit will fail you and fuck you up.
Probably not the best thing to do, but whatever. If you are confident on not gaining weight back, try it.
You'll never actually do it, though. If you're considering such an extreme short term solution it probably means you lack discipline / patience to do it the right way and you unconsciously think that's better because it's faster. And believe me, it's actually not.

Do not do this. Work out and eat sensibly. It's going to take a long time - you have about 100 lbs to lose. I should know, I was 275 lbs, but got down to 170 lbs. It took about a year. WELL WORTH IT, CHANGED MY LIFE, GOT LAID MANY TIMES.
How long did it take you to get to 280? You're not going to be a healthy weight in a month. Count your calories and repair your relationship with food.

Yes, this is absolutely dumb as fuck. Lemme give you a few major reasons.

OP, you're a fatass. This, fortunately for you, means that you can eat at a caloric deficit and still make gains. You're in the only natty category where losing weight and gaining muscle is possible - use that. Do HIIT cardio, eat at a caloric deficit (intermittent fasting will work if you want, as long as you're still tracking calories), lift heavy, and keep at it.
