Guys, the routine my coach gave me has the following progression scheme: Add 5kg if you hit 6 or more reps. is this even any useful for a "late intermediate" or am I just lost in all this nuckols meme autist programs. Can this work?

I don't like not being able to see during the set up.
I don't find lifting in them distracting and I often chalk up the bridge on my nose lol.
Also I only wear glasses during equipped lifting. I've only lost contact lenses once raw.

a: 3x6+ @ 75% of Training Max
b: 3x3+ @ 90% of Training Max
c: 3x12+ @ 65% of Training Max
Deadlifts will be 15 singles at 70%, 12 at 75 and 8 at 90%.
Monday would be for example:
Squats heavy,
Bench hypertrophy
DL the middle part, so 12 reps.
Rotate through the rep ranges, 3 days a week.
Afterwards some back work and an extra day GPP day with things like delts.
Adding 2.5kg per week until I cant perform all the reps anymore.

I went from a 200kg deadlift to a 160kg deadlift on my cut

Cut 10 lbs right now (not just water) and get under 500 and see if it is 8rpe.
Cutting into emaciation will do that, moving a weightclass slowly and not training like a dumbass would have kept you numbers higher.

Intermediate lifter here, have been cutting for some months now but wanna make some gainz too, tired of making no progress on my lifts, so I plan on bulking for 3 months this winter and then cutting again till I get fucking abs.
I wanna maximize the amount of gainz I make during that time so Ill be buying some supplements (for the first time). Getting some whey protein powder, creatine monohydrate and caffeine pills to use as a preworkout.
What else would you recommend that works? Are beta alanine and cirulline malate any good for powerlifting or meme?
