The apple cider vinegar and lemon are optional.
You can also do this if you feel lightheaded, weak, dizzy, nauseous, etc., on shorter water fasts. Don’t do this while intermittent fasting.

No. It only occurs at extremely low body fat (8-10%).

Hey guys. I'm back on the snek.
I went from fat fuck 264 to 224 in about a month. Just fasting mon-tue and thurs-fri.

Took a couple of months off, only gained back to about 232. I'm looking to get to 190 and then any time I get above 200 fast back to 190.

Now I'm trying a full week fast each week for a month (every week in October).
Any advice? I've done the two and three day fasts but that's the most. I'm also having a hard time NOT working out or doing cardio. Kind of sucks. Feel like a bum, but if I do work out ill be tempted to eat.

The coffee helps with hunger, the tea helps with relaxation. I don't see an issue as long as you consume it within a 12 hr window. I also chew gum brah, grenades gum from Hawaii. Super powerful, clears sinuses.

Anyway, a lil cheating never killed anyone, as long as it has ZERO cals. The gum I chew has 5 cals but only about 2 or 3 pieces a day.

I drink diet soda and tea with sweet n' low in it. It depends on the person, but I personally don't get sugar cravings. It's just something different. I drink the concentrated snake juice formula, so I have a little sippy cup full of the stuff that I drink from every once in a while, instead of drinking a goddamn half gallon a day.

I do have a question, though: why do I get this numbness feeling on the outside of my palms while I'm fasting? It's in these areas, and it radiates until about halfway up my forearms, then it terminates.

Anyone know why this might be happening? It goes away as soon as I do a refeed, but in the meantime it's super fucking annoying. Doesn't matter how much snake juice I drink (actually gave myself the shits from taking too much to try to make it go away).

I'm planning to fast every Wednesday and eat 600 cals every Saturday and Sunday. On the other days I'm at 1800 Cal doing IF 12-6. Tips? I quit coffee last week so I wouldn't have headaches.

As long as you don't feel like shit you can extend the fast as long as you want. Actually, the longer your fasts are the easier they become. Short fasts are harder because your body is still adjusting to it, and after about 2-3 days it's fully into it. If you break your fast then, your body goes back to "normal," then transitioning back into fasting is just as hard.

That being said, don't push yourself, Your body will tell you when to break your fast because you'll start to feel hungry again.

depends on what you do in those 48 hours. If you are going to run a marathon I would use snake juice but if you are going to sit around most of the time with some light walking you should be fine.

What's your current weight and goal weight? I've seen around 1 or 2 pounds a day. That's 5 to 10 pounds a week.

When I'm fasted and look at a scale, I always add 6 lbs and guess that's my current well fed weight.

Fasting will take care of loose skin. In my experience, go swim at an out door pool for cardio then hit the hot tub. Do this twice a week as well as fast n the loose skin wont be an issue. Get some sun.

You're never gonna make it

You will literally not lose any muscle as long as you exercise while fasting on snake juice. Your body will release (natural) HGH which will tell your body that you're in "survival mode" and that it needs those muscles to not die.

As cringe as those doctors are I also can't condone the snake diet. The Cole guy said a 500 pound obese guy needs to fast for a month to get to 200 pounds which is crazy. Fasting for 30 days is incredibly difficult. I can't imagine someone who is 500 pounds having that kind of will power to not just start binging again.

Also on those really long fasts you are almost bedridden. You have zero energy to do anything, your heart is racing you have headaches and are in a constant fog with nausea. Maybe some people can tolerate those symptoms but I couldn't so my longest fast was around 14 days.
I did lose around 20+ pounds however as soon as I had a single meal I instantly gained 11 pounds.

The snake diet is definitely not "safe" for everyone to attempt.

Current weight is 285 fasted. and 185 is goal weight. i usually gain back all my weight after i fast. Every single pound plus a couple more. Then after a few days it stabalizes to the 1 lb a day i should have lost.
