Does the EC Stack work?

I have lost 30 pounds but cant lose anymore. Im skinny fat as fuck.

a lot of that weight might've been just water weight, eat even LESS than you are now - less frequently and do more cardio

It increases heart rate which increases your metabolism so yeah scientifically it has to work

Dude, caffeine and ephederin are not going to help you lose weight. Just eat a low carb diet and exercise.

OP here, I'm 6ft and 184 pounds btw. Im mostly hoping this will kill my appetite. Any cardio/ running regiments you recommend to do in conjunction with this. I have pretty pathetic stamina.

All ec stack really does is suppress appetite. I find in my experience using it in conjunction with intermittent fasting works wonders.

Example:
>Wake up, 200mg caffeine 1 bronkaid
>Wait 3 hours or so
>Eat one big protein and carb packed meal
>Hour 4, 200mg caffeine and 1 bronk or scoop of preworkout and a bronk
>Snack like yogurt on off days, otherwise its workout time
>Post workout, third dose, if workout day yogurt goes here
>4-6 hours later, hit the sack
>Rinse repeat

Start lifting & eating high protein, low refined carb (white bread, pasta, sugar, processed snacks)

I have pure ephedrine not bronkaid like in the pic. In Canada its legal.

I have 20 pound weights and can only curl them like 3 times in a row. I literally don't know where to start.

Ephedrine massively increases cortisol BTW. Just an FYI. Takinf it for longer than a week seems ill advised.

Download the Stronglifts 5x5 app on your phone, it takes less than a minute to set up. Go to the gym, (ideally bring a friend who lifts or hire a coach for safety) use the internet and find out how to do the exercises the app sets up for you. Complete your workouts, add weight.

I got the app, but i find it pretty humiliating going into a gym and not know what to do and being so weak. Are gym bros usually down to help or moreso want to be left alone.

I have to force myself to eat when on EC im literally never hungry. It is working well for me so far

How much lb lost/ do you workout / study fine etc.?

15 pounds so far. I still lift 5x a week i used to do cardio but my heart rate gets to high on EC. I find it helps me with work and school because your kind of wired and I take the 3x a day so im wired throughout the day. The downside is lack of sleep if you are stim sensitive which I kinda am but I use benadryl/melatonin so its ok.

EC makes it easier to do IF so my first meal is usually 3:00 pm or later depending on weather I am at work or school

Damn I'm about to try this tomorrow then it's hard not to feel hungry. Sucks not having sleep though.

What's your calorie deficit? And have you gone up in your lifts?

IMHO caffeine and ephederin aren't very effective appetite suppressants and they would only be effective in conjunction with a healthy diet anyways. Just have some discipline, exercise, and not eat a bunch of carbs, like a pig abusing antihistamines. How about that?
