eat 4 eggs a day, only bad thing about bacon is that it's very high in sodium so eating too much could be a bad thing.

Eggs yes, bacon no. Eggs are literally a superfood and the more you eat, the leaner you'll become and bigger gains you'll make. Don't listen to any vegancuck who tries to tell you otherwise. Eat as many eggs a day as you want, if you can bear the taste, eat fucking 20 a day.

is bacon safe to eat tho?

you can eat the fuck out of Eggs, idk what the problem with bacon is I just know it should not be overindulged like eggs, idk why said sodium is bad because eggs have tons of sodium too dont they?

Eggs are awesome. I always start my day with three fried eggs on a piece of rye bread. Goes perfect with a cup of black coffee.

Eat plenty of eggs in the morning. Good for you.

dont post racist shit asshole

bump

doouble bump I want someone to explain how the sodium in bacon is bad but the sodium in eggs isnt, Im pretty sure the reason you cant eat bacon everyday is due to a different reason besides the sodium, because you can eat 3 dozen eggs a day and be fine

>88

Attached: 1537669827236.jpg (480x533, 83K)

anyone saying you can eat 36 eggs a day and be fine is retarded.

I want to eat more eggs but I don’t want to deal with eggy farts? What’s the solution? Chlorophyll?

(I eat 3 a day)

how come bodybuilders do that and live?
got anything to prove me wrong?
still doesnt answer why bacon sodium is worse then egg sodium

lemon ginger tea with 1/8 to 1/4 tsp turmeric added.

Not many bbers eat 36 eggs a day...

>bodybuilders are healthy because they are alive and have muscles

Attached: 1538516888611.jpg (446x374, 40K)

Doesnt change the fact that you could do it, yes you cant do it indefinitely but if you want to get mad gains you could while not fucking your blood profile over

still doesnt prove me wrong.

ment you not still doesnt prove me wrong

it doesn't prove anything. all you said was that some bodybuilders eat 36 eggs a day so that somehow makes it okay.

I said what I know, someone said that believing that is wrong, its up to them to prove why, I dont have to do jack shit Im right. Im not trying to prove 36 eggs is doable without obtaining health problems, I still wanna know how bacon sodium is worse.

Bacon just has a lot more sodium. Eggs also have an almost equal amount of potassium which negates the effect of sodium

yes, i'd say limit it to 2 slices/day but i'm not a dietician so don't listen to me.
1 slice of bacon contains about 2.5 times more sodium than 1 egg, not saying sodium is bad but if you eat too much bacon in the morning then you're going to have to watch your sodium intake throughout the rest of the day so you don't over do it.

thank you, that makes sense now.
Eggs are god tier honestly
>Choline for your brain
>fat, protein, and cholesterol for your T and gainz
>Biotin for you hair and manly beard
>apparently balanced sodium/potassium so the sodium doesnt fuck you up
>taste great
>many different styles of cooking and egg so
its versatile
>eggs are based

yeah I knew bacon has more, but thats why it didnt make sense because people eat dozens
off eggs and dont seem to be effected,
so the balance of potassium is the reason you cant eat so many

I eat raw carnivore and got a biotin deficiency from pounding raw eggs. I'm not sure If I just ate the raw yolk if that would've prevented it but I'd be missing out on the protein anyways.

> Always cook your eggs sunny side up

I was just about to say
>wait dont eggs give you biotin?
but I googled it and it turns out when its raw it
actually negates your biotin somehow
another good reason to just cook it.

yep, and I'm just hypothesizing here but I'm thinking you could supplement some cream of tartar during the consumption of bacon and be totally ok, you would just have to figure out the right proportions. Someone prove me wrong I'm actually curious now.

Do explain pls

you can buy lemon ginger tea, it's pretty common. or you can grate fresh ginger into simmering water for 15mins then add your turmeric. drink with dinner. if you want a mega digestive tea do this before meals
>small piece of ginger, about 1/3 size of thumb, grated.
>1/8 tsp cumin seed
>1/8 tsp fennel seed
>1/8 tsp coriander seed
all simmered for 15 to 20 mins, covered. then strain the seeds into a cup with
>1/8 tsp turmeric
drink warm. don't do this more than once a day as you will get heartburn if you overdo it. if you get acid reflux make this same recipe but double the water (so make 2 servings) and drink the other one later (reheated of course). 1 serving should be 1 to 1.5 cups.

Of course eggs are good for you. Trust your instinct/heart. Look at that yellow yolk. Doesn't that LOOK nutritious for you? So it is.

Don't believe vegan propaganda saying animal products are harmful. All vegans look like shit after 2-3 years because they are deficient on so many nutrients. ALL animal products are good for you

As long as you’re not stupid and use too cream of tarter. It has an insane amount of potassium per tsp. Like 500mg or so. The lethal dose is 35mg/kg

Animals are natural
Tofu is not
Animals are good
Vegan are the devil

Qed bro

Never mind it’s actually 2.5g/kg

I can hear your brain rattling inside of your skull all the way over here. So empty in there :c

It's the added nitrates and preservatives that make the negative difference.

No you'll fucking die, I had 6 eggs daily for breakfast every day over the summer now my cholesterol is high as fuck.

When I was a lad I ate four dozen eggs. Every morning to help me get large.

then the rest of your diet is shit, 6 eggs is not enough to ruin your cholesterol

The problem i have with eggs is that they have a high number of b12 in them and high amounts of b12 is linked to higher chances of lung cancer so just dont eat a retarted amount of eggs

Gonna piggyback on your thread, I drink a big glass of milk before bed. The theory is that it gives my body some protein and calcium to build with while I snooze. My friend told me that milk makes you fat, not buff, which flies in the face of everything I’ve been told (that drinking lots of milk actually keeps you thin). Am I sabotaging myself? Is this why I can’t get rid of my belly pudge?

>how come bodybuilders do that and live?
Because it's not a lethal poison, it's just unhealthy. Bodybuilders aren't known for their long term health either.

I’d say eggs is okay, bacon is not. Most all of the bacon you’ll get from the supermarket is processed to shit. If you’re getting it from a local farmer or something it may be different but I doubt that’s where you’re getting it

Your friend is an idiot, but belly pudge if you're doing everything else right is almost certainly diet based.

> Most all of the bacon you’ll get from the supermarket is processed to shit.
It's also naturally high in saturated fat regardless of its processing, just as eggs are naturally high in cholesterol

> 6 eggs is not enough to ruin your cholesterol
Even 1 egg is
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10426702
>1.3 egg yolks a day
>increased LDL by 8-11%

Fucking amerifags here in Germany i eat 6 eggs for breakfast and 6 in the evening

>Eggs are literally a superfood

Eggs are literally one of the least nutritious foods you can eat, similar in nutrient density to plain white bread.

Ran out of eggs

:(

>vegans look like shit after 2-3 years because they are deficient on so many nutrients

youtube.com/watch?v=PJnPZgLHHWQ

Very true, but it takes longer than two or three years to do this lol.

I think cholesterol is fine to eat in any amounts now but I'm not sure.

>the people giving you nutrition advice on Jow Forums

Ehhh, I don't get the eggs meme. I'm on a cut and I can't fit in any eggs into my diet.
>oats and banana in the morning, 500 kcal
>protein shake, 200 kcal
>veggies and meat at lunch, 500 kcal
>veggies and maybe yoghurt/kefir at dinner, 500 kcal
Also 2 eggs is like 350 kcal. How am I supposed to cut on that? Not saying it's bad, maybe eggs are godly at bulking, but for cutting they're not ideal.
Just my experience, maybe I'm wrong.

Eggs have mediocre amounts of protein and very few essential nutrients. They are only rich in choline, which is found in a whole other array of foods. Cholesterol is not an essential nutrient; your body makes its own when it needs it. Eggs are below average when compared to pretty much any other food, let alone being a "superfood".

Attached: 1533149236815.png (1440x1557, 738K)

Just buy a gross every other day and you should have enough

>2 eggs is like 350 kcal
are you retarded
eggs are like 70-80 a pop, 2 would only be around 140-60

Eggs are amazing and the whole cholesterol thing got debunked back in the 90s

100 grams of eggs:

>155 kcal
>12 grams of protein
>15% of your iron RDI
>5% of your calcium RDI
>17% of your vitamin A RDI
>46% of your B12 RDI
>11% of your folate RDI
>56% of your selenium RDI
>250 mg of choline

100 grams of white bread:

>266 kcal
>9 grams of protein
>45% of your iron RDI
>14% of your calcium RDI
>28% of your folate RDI
>44% of your B1 RDI
>40% of your selenium RDI

Wow a true superfood. Thanks paleomom.com

Eggs come in different sizes.

Also quail eggs have much better nutrient to cal ratio.

I've been eating 4 eggs every day for years and so far I feel g-

Wanna play Tiger Woods PGA tour 05 and eat some eggs?

I'm counting/eating the yolk too, not just the white.

even "jumbo" eggs are only around 90

this post is laughably wrong but i can't help but laugh at weak betas becoming s.oyboys from your advice

keep on brother

nice video, sv3nge actually was the one who took me off the vegan diet, he opened my eyes

>comparing a fortified food with an unfortified food

Right on. Veganism is some weird masochistic self abuse program of the left. None of us should fall for this retardation. Let the left starve and torture themselves.

youtube.com/watch?v=EFF30jfTubU

Lol I thought they said veganism was an alt-right thing

Can eat an unlimited amount of egg whites for pure low cal protein and nutrition gains, yolks are beneficial to but thats where the cholesterol and fat are so just be mindful.

Bacon is more calorie dense, has more fat and sodium so again be mindful it fits your macro requirements.

>what is bio availability
>what is a complete protein
jfc the absolute state of Jow Forums

One(1) normal sized chicken egg is no more than 80 calories you absolute retard.

I eat between 12-18 eggs a day depending on how my chicks do. Fucking awesome nutrition.

Hello my fellow 4 egg/day bro

SINCE I STARTED EATING 3-5 EGGS A DAY MY CUMSHOTS ARE MASSIVE.

WHY IS THIS

What are the 14 words?

Most nutritionists don't recommend eating more than 3 eggs a day.

Not so much because of the dietary cholesterol, which has limited/debatable impact on serum cholesterol, but because of the saturated fat

Ok. Prove me wrong then. Explain how eggs are a "superfood".

Oh, and post body.

It is literally the nutritional content of pissant white bread. Should I compare it to oatmeal? It would get rekt even worse if I did that.

Bioavailability is a meme if you eat enough protein anyway. Even if you eat protein that is not very bioavailable you will lose like 2 or 3 grams of that shit.

There are many other sources of complete protein anyway. No one eats bread for protein. Literally any other animal food is better than eggs. You want to know an animal food that can be classified as a "superfood"? Liver. Despite its high cholesterol content it is very nutrient dense; full of vitamin A(a bit too much actually), copper, iron, B12 and all other B vitamins except B1, and folate. Unlike eggs, literal poverty food low-carb blogs have convinced people into thinking were "superfoods".

Where are my hard boiled bros at?

Speaking of eggs, anyone else recently replace milk and brotein powder with pasteurized egg whites?
>mfw mixing it with fruit, pb, bit of cocoa powder

shit well guess i should stop eating 6 raw eggs a day.

Now that I'm grown I eat 5 dozen eggs so I'm roughly the size of a barge

lecithin in the yolk

What kind of rifle does the right guy have?

We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children

What a horrible racist phrase

I eat like 5-7 eggs a day. Some days i dont even use meat for protein. Just eggs.

Racist and whitephobic much?

There are things beneficial for increasing productions. L-DOPA produces dopamine and epinephrine; 5-HTP, serotonin. Redirecting energy and nutrients that *were* making cholesterol, into other things (metabolizing into testosterone, for example) is another aspect.

>faxed
Hello, is this 80s?

Nothing is wrong with sodium unless you have high blood pressure.

are you deficient in selenium or iron? why would it matter?

Breakfast for me:

>4 eggs
>1 potato
>1 beer brat
>3 bacon strips
>4 slices of French toast

Everyday, takes 20min and 8-900cal. Very filling

cus you think its gonna make you feel good

>Ok. Prove me wrong then. Explain how eggs are a "superfood".
A single egg is:
Nutrient Amount DV
Calcium, Ca 28.00 mg 3 %
Copper, Cu 0.036 mg 2 %
Fluoride, F 0.6 mcg
Iron, Fe 0.88 mg 5 %
Magnesium, Mg 6.00 mg 2 %
Manganese, Mn 0.014 mg 1 %
Phosphorus, P 99.00 mg 10 %
Potassium, K 69.00 mg 1 %
Selenium, Se 15.3 mcg 22 %
Sodium, Na 71.00 mg 3 %
Zinc, Zn 0.65 mg 4 %

Also 13,5% of protein, but essential aminoacids are 19-24% (outside of Tyrosine which is 14%).

That's just a single egg. Outside of Vitamin C, Niacin and Vitamin K, eggs have everything you need.
All three of those are very easy to get (chicken and broccoli).

>not posting the full version

A gook rifle

Again, you can get those from many other sources. All animal proteins are rich in trytophan. For eggs to be anything special, they must need to have nutrients unique to them or in high amounts. Eggs have neither.

Production of cholesterol is a pretty vital function of human body, and shouldn't take much energy or resources at all. And even if it does, that is a good thing for he low-carb crowd since most of them are fat fucks anyway. Hell, even if that were true, you would be better off getting your cholesterol from something actually nutritious.

Tryptophan produces an excitotoxin, quinolic acid.

>Nutrients of eggs
This is barely relevant. It's possible taking vitamins and minerals.

Eating in common technology is about flavor and snacking and socialization, especially if thrifty or on keto (where most meals [that are filling] are coming straight from protein powder(s), inexpensive oils of the balanced omega varieties, coffee, cocoa/cacao, stevia, and many other options – making mousses, creams, fudges, cakes … even Tiramisu, chocolate shakes …where portions are often small but very satisfying, the speed [and consistency] depending on what types of protein [and other ingredients] are utilized. That's specifically a listing for some basic, room-temperature-made keto.).
