Lifting is a fucking joke. There's no point in spending YEARS building muscle when you can lose it all in one year just by slimming down. I've taken the cardiopill and brosplit pill now. Fuck powerlifting. The only thing I will keep is cleans, bench, and ohp. Beyond that, I'm just doing chad excercises. Fatty bloated powerlifter mode looks terrible on boomers.

I'm OP. Did the reddit cycle of test-e 500mg/week. gains were good, didn't keep any of them though especially once I started really cutting. Also experience hair loss and back acne. Though, I was fucking juicy and felt like a god.

Aesthetics has nothing to do with powerlifting vs bodybuilding. Aesthetics is 100% genetics. One person can powerlift and be aesthetic while another can bodybuild and not be aesthetic. Aesthetics is all bone structure and muscle insertions.

Yea respectable powerlifters can look like Zyzz or Jeff Seid if they have the exact same bone structure and muscle insertions, and if they're lean and roid. If Zyzz or Jeff focused on only powerlifting, they would look a little bit different, but they would still look good.

Life was over for me since I graduated uni.

Thats why you never cut aggressively. I went on vacation for 2 weeks did shit ton of cardio ate 3 times a day, usually I eat a lot more meals. Lost like 13-15 pounds. Still went to gym despite sleeping like shit due to time difference picked up heaviest weights available did super sets with little recovery time making everyone look like a baby. When you cutting you still have to eat at least 3 meals a day with carbs or say goodbye to your muscles.
