Clap Clap, looking good m8. I'm starting some calistenics myself, will just pullups, pushups, dips, squats, planks and some abs workout every two days be enough to achieve anything close to you? I'm also running 10-14km every two days, and I plan to do one day run, next day workout, then run and So on. Could you give some advice what to change, or is this plan a good one?

Calisthenics have no progressive overload. You all are wasting your time. You will end up looking like a guy that just finished boot in the army.

Run on the same days you workout. Your body will transform faster from the overload. Workout every other day, to rest your body properly, sometimes two in a row when you feel strong enough. And of course get plenty of sleep, water and eat healthy.

Idiots say this who've never tried and can't perform a simple calisthenics routine. Their shame is as great as their idiocy.

I live in a city, no mountains in like 500km radius.
I was on a cut for few months and lost ~30kg, my diet, sleep and water is OK because of that. Won't running and exercising on the same days increase risk for injury? When i was starting running i was doing it every day, and someone i trust like no other told me to give myself a day of rest after each run, at least for their first year or two.

What kind of leverage is equivalent to benching your bodyweight while still being the same movement pattern?

Is calisthenics better for aestethics than SS? I'm kind of a skelly and I've been doing SS for about a month now and my goal is OP's but a little bigger. Will SS give me nice chissled muscles or is it for people who want to build massive strenght without really caring how they look?

Was running 5K and doing 20 min bodyweight training every other day when pic when taken, good enohgh. I was 150lb 5'10 in the pic. Too bad facial aesthetics and testosterone don't add up.

Idk, I only do push-ups as a supplementary exercise. The last time I really maxed out was five years ago for boxing club: 55 in 2 minutes (I'm a lanky faggot, 6'3'' with a heron's wingspan).

I don't have a set routine. I used to but I don't anymore. Typically, I run 5-6 times a week, 30-45 minutes usually. I do a lot of ring holds, ring dips, parallel bar dips, pull-ups, planks, and bridges. I might do 100 push-ups over 4-5 sets after I'm done with my dips or as a warm-up or whatever.

I actually do all my ring work in my apartment. The last tenant bolted a metal rig to the wall to hang his boxing bag- I don't think he bothered asking the landlord for permission, it's a real shit hole apartment.

Anyways, I can hang my rings from the rig. You might try buying some portable pull-up bars you can set up in your apartment.
