I naturally have a sort of protruding turtle shell gut when I work on my abs a lot. People used to say I had GH gut but I've never used growth or steroids before.

After every workout now I lay flat on the floor and suck in hard enough that I feel it in my stomach and lower back and I hold it for 2 or more minutes. Then I stand up and hold another vacuum for another 2 minutes. It's the only ab work I do now and my abs look 100% better with no gut.

Start doing it. If you're doing it regularly or daily you'll see results within a couple of weeks.

Mate, they're called stomach VACUUMS. Vacuum means no air, which means no breathing. Every stomach vacuum should end with a sharp gasp or you haven't been doing it as well as you could've been.

You can do it anyway you like I guess, except during workouts. When I wake up I'll do 3 sets till failure and then before I go to sleep I'll do another 3 sets. Just breathe out all the air In your lungs, and then suck in your stomach. Repeat for 3 sets.

Yep. It trains your Transverse Abodiminus, which is a muscle located behind your Rectus Abdominus(the visible abs). Its like a wall that holds your organs, and I belive its not exactly skeletal musculature. If you want the best results from it, try doing it like this:

Every single morning, after you wake up. On an empty stomach, while you are still in bed exhale ALL of your air using your diaphragm. Then, try pulling your "stomach" back and up, ie. Vacuum it. Then hold without any air for as long as you can 10-15-20seconds. Then when you need air inhale and do the exercise again. Try doing it in bed 3 times.

Then you do the same thing, but standing up (its much harder). Hold for 10 15sec for 3 or 4 sets.

Make this your morning routine it takes like 5minutes. Results are going to show pretty quickly.
