Are mass gainers bad and should a 141 lbs (63kg) 20 Yr old 5 ft 8 male be using one?
Some boomer came up to me in the gym and gave me unsolicited advice on food and he told me to stop using mass gainers (I have used pic related since I started lifting 3 months ago) because of their high sugar content and they will make me fat. He told me to switch to casein or even simple whey
I'm only 141 lbs (63kg) at 5 ft 8 at 20 years old
I feel like I'm too light to not be using mass gainers.. Am I wrong?

you can do all sorts of calculations. a homemade mass gainer is less expensive

As others itt have said, stop taking that garbage. Finish your bag if you will but don't buy anymore of it. I'm sorry to break to you but you need to eat more, there isn't any other way and you can't replace that by taking that processed stuff, on the long run it will fuck your body. You can risk it as many others have but don't be surprised if you're gonna fuck up your liver/tyroid etc. Regarding eating, just try to eat more often. Don't let 2 hours lass without snacking on something and be sure to always eat three meals a day (not including snacks). Start your morning by making a huge milkshake with fruits, oats, peanutbutter, seeds and whatever you have lying around, behold your mass gainer.

Fuck what they say OP, took mass gainer for 2 years when I was a newb and had great results. Getting into a lifting routine can be tough enough by itself, add in the fact that you probably need to double your caloric intake and things get even more complicated. Take that mass gainer but also eat. The one your taking now is probably good, Serious Mass and Carnivore are also decent choices. Be working on your chef skills though. Ground beef and chicken, frozen veggies and sweet potatoes.
Elaborate on it ruining my body such as liver and thyroid please, what are the consequences?

Dunno what these cucks are complaining about. You can get 30 servings for $40 and that shit brought me from 155 to 215 in two years, and I'm still pretty lean. This thread is probably full of manlets that eat less than 4000 calories a day
