After nearly 7 years of natty lifting and trying all kinds of training methods I have come to the conclusion that the best way to train as a natural is PPLxPPLx or any variant of it.
For me I found PLPxPLPx works best.
I did Full Body and Upper/Lower and saw decent results in both strength and size but many lagging areas develop as those routines only really allow you to build and focus on primary movers like the chest, back and legs. PPL definitely does an amazing job of bringing up all the weak points one will develop after years of Full Body and Upper/Lower training. I assume it is because more days in the gym per week and having exercises split up more throughout the week allow you to actually train weaker points effectively, where as on FB and UL routine you really don’t have the energy or stamina to really hit weak points because you must always do your main lifts first which just promotes more gains for primary movers and less time and energ my for weak points.
If you are a natural on a full body routine or upper lower routine going 3-4 days a week to the gym right now I can guarantee you that you will gain anywhere from 10-30% improvement in overall body composition by switching to a PPL and training 6 days a week. Lower if you have less weak points, higher if you have very obvious weak points that aren’t able to be addressed in your 3-4 day FB/UL.
I have trained with friends who I know for sure are 100% natty, that made incredible gains training a muscle group once a week, and whenver they attempt to train muscles more often while obviously keeping volume at bay they just experience stagnation and start feeling worse. I don't know man, I don't think a perfect routine exists to be frank.

Push Pull Legs. X is rest.
Push is chest, tricpes and shoulders.
Pull is Back and Biceps. Many people put deadlift here cuz why not, also rear delts.
Legs is legs, retard.

post physique with timestamps above your nipples, otherwise your routine advice cannot be seriously taken

I found my best results on PPLL as opposed to PPL but I think PPL would be better as long as you're stacking it with variable resistance training.

>two leg days back to back Absolute Madman

A jacked guy in colorful shorts in the suburbs, pressure washing his huge lifted truck that obviously never sees any real 4x4'ing is pretty gay user. The most that truck sees is probably picking up his boyfriend at the mall.

Jordan Barnes
this is what i've found works well: *bench, squat+press *pullup, deadlift+row twice a week, one higher rep, one lower rep, for a total of 4 days per week.
