Girls dont care about your deadlift and squat. FACTS
>tfw benchlet
Squat sure, but dl does more than ass and thighs. I don't think squat is worth doing at all unless you are a fag or a girl.
overhead press, bench press, side lat raise, rows, and chin ups are way more important than a fucking squat.
unironically agree. You can use symmetricstrength and see 1/2/3/4 isn't balanced at all. 4pl8 do is way higher than a 1pl8 ohp or 2pl8 bp, and 3pl8 squat is also too high for the first two
I actually did this for *proficient* at 165lbs and it was 1/2/2.5/3 with a 50lb chin up, all for 5rm btw because 1rm is retarded just like 1/2/3/4 is retarded
Same
Can only do a pl8
>the scale is too hard to pass so we just adjust it
same as fatass americucks did with bmi
A 3pl8 deadlift is far from impressive
more like 1.5/2.5/3.5/4
because I want to impress you
It's 4pl8, you fucking dummy.
i'd always equalized it by saying 1.5/2x5/3x3/4x3
lul
1.5/3/0/0 is the patrician way
Bench is the ultimate fag lift. OHP, deadlift, and chinup only, then you'll make it.
1.5/x/4/x
No chest, wow so smart.
2/3/4.5/6 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 1/2/2.5/3
Should be 2/3.5/5/6
1.5/2/2.5/3 > 1/2/3/4
Out of dyel is:
1/1.5 (incline)/2.5-3/3-4 and 1.5 plate chin up all by five
Made it is:
1.5/2-2.5/3-3.5/4-5 and 2 - 2.5 plate chin up all by 3-5 reps
Over that is mostly overkill, under dyel you still need to strength train
Who here
1x5/2x2/3x8/4x5
At any given weight? should i be able to do this with novice program and being under 170lbs?
Based and redpilled
Right now I am
1.1/2/2.5/3.5
how much do you weight?
200kg
> lower weight
> better
I genuinely did 3pl8 my first time in the gym as a skinnyfat cardiofag. I am tall though.
>scale give you t-rex legs
>change it to be more top heavy
>this is bad because muh ego
164lbs
based
Im literally under 170lbs and over dyel.
Im almost at made it actually.
Im 5'11" too.
Maybe youre very tall and 170 is too light.
>tfw 0.9/2/2/2.5
Lower back injuries fucking suck
I hit 3/4 way before 1/2
