That's my goal body and I'm 5'10". How much time lifting?
I went from 206 in January to 170 now. Besides my abs appearing and looking good shirtless, my arms look really pudgy and I look like dyel shit in a shirt. Every time I tried bulking I gained like 4 lbs in less than a week, got scared of becoming fat again and stopped bulking.

I generally do circuit training in the morning (jump rope, db punches, box 15-20 min, KB swings, burpees+high knees, pull ups, plank to failure) and strength train in the evening. At the gym I don’t do any lifts for hyperthrophy. Just bench, squat, dl, OHP. Accessory work is usually leg raises and dips.

Were you a zero to hero or did you have some previous training throughout the years or start off with good genetics?

I used to exclusively lift for a year or two. Mostly bodybuilding shit and I got big but at the end of the day it was just extra mass. I gained weight easily and I looked bloated as fuck and couldn’t do cardio for the life of me. I wanted to be healthy and functional so I started IF.

No problem. If you have time check out tactical barbell it helped me a lot. When you’re lifting just KISS (keep it simple stupid). Do the basics, your cardio, and IF with good food and you’ll do fine.

Man, I had lost inspiration for months and barely even went back to the gym after a break up.
