That was one meal. Yes, I've had more calories than that: I had coffee this morning, with a bit of sugar and some milk, which was 108 cals total. That's all my caloric intake for the day so far. I'll eat dinner later, and my max will be under 1600 cals as I am in a deficit. As for sodium, yes that was almost half my sodium for the day; I won't get too much more, so that's fine. And this was a bit of a treat for me, so you could also consider it somewhat of a cheat meal.
I'm not huge. I've got the dad bod thing going on, and it's fucking going away.

Nah I just cook it from frozen and let it soak up (and get steamed by) the chicken juices/flavoring. Gives it a bit of a spicy flavor.
