Can bench, squat, and OHP twice my body weight

>can bench, squat, and OHP twice my body weight
>can deadlift three times as much
>still can't even do 10 pull-ups
Why is this happening

you are a fatty!

try working on how many pull ups you can do they seem to be lacking behind

When I started lifting at 60kg I could do around 7-10 pullups. After 6 months i got around 70kg and could barely do 5 pullups.

Your pulling strength is lagging behind your weight gain. You should have increased your pull-ups by more than 10kg in 6 months. I prescribe more pull-ups.

You can ohp double your bodyweight? Bullshit

>can do 5 strict form pull-ups with 15kg
>can't do more than 8 bw pull-ups
i swear to fucking god my form is good

>OHP twice my body weight
holy mother of god

Height and weight please.

You cant do 10? Can you do 8?
Just start doing em weighted. Im at a plate for 3x3 while weighing 185.
Superset them with OHP for better pushing strength

Name a bigger meme exercise for dyels with 0 lower body mass than pull ups

>OHP twice body weight.
No you can't.

that's genetic freak tier without drugs, and relatively impressive even with drugs

Because you're a fatass.

are you a starfish?

>OHP twice your body weight
No you fucking can't lmao

Is it bad on your joints or whatever if you do pull ups from dead hanging? Or is that how you are supposed to do them?

>mfw 2x bw is 230kg
>can only do 100kg
Feels bad

You need to retract the scapula, imagine you are trying to hold a pencil between your shoulderblades, your chest should be aiming a little upwards, and tightening your core helps too

I see. I remember someone telling me you pull up like you are trying to bend the bar over you with our chest slightly up/out

>OHP twice my body weight
fuck off
