I don't recommend that you do both. Thats 5000+ calories, and unless you plan on working for 5 hours a day, then you're gonna get fat. But even if you do, you're gonna be ripping so much ass that you wont need plane tickets to achieve flight.

If you're gonna do GOMAD, just do 12 eggs per day. A gallon of milk is already loaded with IGF-1. Do one or the other.
