Are the Renaissance Peridodization programs any good for hypertrohpy? Looking at bodybuilding routines and the volume and exercises are a lot higher then what i typically see in powerlifting routines. Almost feel frightened by all that volume. It should be okay though since intensities are lower.
I just want to bench 3 wheels. Is that so much to ask?

They are, you can't go wrong with high volume + surplus for growth. Yeah, you'll be fine, after a while your work capacity will increase from my experience so don't be disheartened if you can't do high rep squats from the start.

Do some sort of pressing movement every time your in the gym, and work triceps at least 2 times a week.
Gaining weight also helps a ton.
I'm at 130kg after a year, which I'm proud of. But I wish I could still put on 2.5kg a week.

You don't have to gain a ton of weight, even like 1kg a month is a good enough bulking rate to get significantly stronger.

Eleiko bars are pretty good, some of Blaine's suqats look a bit whippy at 500kg. Would be a alot of work for spotters to change bars for attempts over X weight.

As long as you are gaining at a controllable weight, then you should be gaining a good amount of muscle along with any fat you gain. Always easy enough to eat at maintaince for a while to recompense, or do a shortish cut to trim some fat off.
This is why I try to wear boxers if I havework the next day. Want to actually try and get some sleep lol. If the next day is the weekend then boner between thighs all night.

For the current spec eleiko is uniromocally the gold standard, they would have to increase diameter to achieve more stiffness.
The question is, do they have a financial incentive to do so. I don't think they do, not to mention that is pretty much the case, not to mention the whippiness is very rare so it doesn't make much financial sense to spend a probably insane amount of cash on R&D to get something even stiffer when it's close to being capped out for its current specs.

I had surgery last year and it put me out of commision for a few months. Over the summer I lift when I could, but I didnt have access to a very good gym, mostly just lighter stuff no heavier than 150 all around. Getting back into lifting seriously again, this time last year numbers were at 405/365/230/140 all for doubles. I've been doing starting strength to get back into the swing and regain some strength quickly, as soon as progress stalls I'll be switching over to TM, sheiko, 531, something else.
For acessory work, what should I be looking at doing, and how much of it? Currently only been doing stuff like kroc rows, bb row, DB pull overs, DB incline bench, chins, dips, RDL, front squat, and a few others. Are there others I should consider? On top of that, I've been doing these for 3x10, should I change the volume/weight? I've been trying to do 2-3 a day, to compliment the lifts, ie. chins on press days, dips on bench days, etc. I'd like to focus on developing my back as I feel this is where I've lost the most strength second to my legs, but really just at a loss for exactly how much aux work to do.

I wasn't particularly convinced when I initially switched to heeled shoes in terms of it having any effect on max. I did notice that I had less niggles in ankles, calves and knees though. It was almost a lazy fix so I had to do less / no mobility work.

Probably close to same for me, I still have to get used to but If I keep it consistent on this first phases of training cycle I hope it wont rebel against me when real weights come to play. For now I focus on getting tight and forcing knees out, I believe that rest is on the right track.
