By low carb I don't mean keto, just that I don't feel like eating lots of carbs like oatmeal or sandwiches. If you feel like shit just eat what you crave instead of forcing your body onto some named way of eating.

What do you negers season tomatoes with? I find them quite bland and simple salt doesn't work. I need some herbs that will complement them nicely, or just herbs and spices that I can season veggies with because I eat a lot of veggies. I mostly enjoy them raw but I wanna make a change, see what could happen.

A simple vinaigrette based on olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, lemon, salt and pepper.
Tomatos goes with pretty much any herb, pick one or two you like. I prefer parsley, basil and oregano.

Fisherman's eggs are god tier. It's basically garlic, onion, sardines, however many eggs you want, and whatever other veggies you can fit in. High in protein, omega-3's, cheap as fuck, customizable, pretty fast to make and easy to clean up

if you've ever cut into a tomato you can see that it's partitioned off into 6-8 sections and i love to find the barrier between them, cut them into wedges and saute them quickly in olive oil with a little salt.. the juice on the inside gets a little warm and cooking tomatoes in olive oil helps to make the vitamin A more bioavailable.. discovered it totally by accident and have been doing it ever since
