Should you do rows or pull ups first in your workout?

should you do rows or pull ups first in your workout?

alternate both in a given week, one heavy day each

I only do light rows as I do PPL and deadlift on the leg day.

My pull days always start with weighted chin-ups, and I do light rows after it.

I always deadlift first, because it's the most taxing lift.

Deaflifts then pull ups and then rows are a good way to go.

>Mixed grip heavy deadlifts before chin-ups

who the fuck does deadlifts on the same session with rows and pullups?

People that aren't weak

people that aren't weak usually split their training into upper and lower days, and deadlift belongs to lower days, while pullups to the upper days

probs PPL meme followers

>He does bro splits

Better than SS desu

so they train deadlifts on pull instead on leg day? retards

>squats and diddlys on the same day

I do

How bout my leg day is my push and pull day cause I have the strength for it

so you don't fit the PPL meme then

Thats not a Bro split, its very common in routines like PHUL

if you're skinny do rows first if you're bigger do pullups first

>standing rows

you realize that guy literally cant walk and has had 5 surgeries where he had steel put in his legs and spine, right?
