I used to drink a shitload of soda so I look like garbage but since cutting that out I’ve felt so much better.
This, I have a really big back compared to all my other muscle groups so it makes my entire front side look like dick.
Trying to catch my legs and core up, I’m only squatting 145 for 3x5 right now and it’s going up 10 lbs a week.
After I’ve built an established strength base I’ll probaby switch to hypertrophy and cut
