Literally not true. Look at the nutrition label. Greek Yoghurt is ALL made with skim milk. The 2% and 5% varieties are just made by ADDING cream. 0% just has no added cream.

But not all calories fill you up the same. I eat a high fat diet and I’m super skinny. I’m adding in more carbs to gain weight in addition to eating a shit load. But I get plenty of protein already so I should increase fat instead.

I’m not doing Keto but I eat low carb, my only carbs come from dairy and some veggies and fruit. Why do you want to see my body? I’m like relatively skinny with no muscle hence why I started going to the gym recently. I eat this way because it has healed health problems I had and it is the most satisfying diet and makes me feel good
