What's your goal?

Gain weight and muscle

this is trash

Imagine doing all this and in six months still being a skinnyfat dyel because theyre not doing the right weights. Nigger just do 5x5 and eat big

This has literally no volume. And walking isn't exercise if you aren't obese or hiking up hills.

What a shit fucking program. What would be good for a skelly to put on mass? Starting strength with accessory work as long as you dont gomad and go t rex mode seems to still win out.

Look at the retard who invented greyskull and then ask yourself if you want to look like him

Unironically Mehdi (Stronglifts) looks the best out of anyone who publishes a free beginner program

SS, SL, OR GS?

What do?

This is by far the worst program I've seen. I had to google it because i thought this was a troll post, but apparently its real.

SL with only one deload then jump on the bridge then do korte 3x3/531 BBB/smolov squat and smolov Jr bench. Then do some powerbuilding program or create some shit you wanna do.

You mean this guy? youtu.be/EP2g3Sj3qSw He's been lifting for 13 years and looks like a fucking twig. He says his max squat is 185. Stronglifts is a troll program.

Orthodox SS with no modifications is the only way to go if you want to do one of these types of programs

PPLPPL is the only way to go if you want any kind of results in the aesthetic department.

lmao imagine being this big a brainlet

Post body

>Doing PPL without a decent strength base
You’re not going to look aesthetic pushing baby weight.

>you need a strength foundation to start defining muscles
Oh look, its this meme again.

What's best beginner aesthetics program then?

do icf 5x5

I already told you

Everyone is anonymous, how do I k ow which one is you.

And how do you know if you're replying to me?

>walking
AYYYYYYYYY

>rack isn't even installed correctly
yeah

I put on 30lbs of muscle in a year in a half of picking up kettlebells, 25-75lb balls, flipping tractor tires, and doing pushups and pullups.

Bars are a meme. Mass comes from amount lifted x amount x calorie excess the end.

You wasted your newb gains is what youre saying

>30lbs of muscle

Fucking 30lbs straight muscle. Must of been on dat dere CELLTECH.
