how is your body recomp going? did you decide to cut or bulk?
Skinny-fats report in!
Cut until skelly mode while training for strength
Then bulk
You are not """skinny""" fat, you are just fat and you have no muscle
>cut or bulk
Neither. Just lift.
Been tired of being skinnyfat my whole life. I run 10 miles 3 times a week with variety because marathon PRs. Legs feel taught but stomach still round, halp
skinnyfat is a meme, just bulk like a normal person
Skinny fat is just a dyel with some fat.
Build some muscle. Eat a lot more protein. Minimize carbs and fats. Get strong. The increased muscle will help reduce body fat.
Skinnyfat reporting, I literally wanna die. Starting gym tomorrow.
cut alcohol and sweets and fried foods and any processed carbs. eat like a fucking machine. guaranteed that's what is keeping that fat on you
>5'11, 170 lbs
I've been tryind to reduce my mild gyno so here is my plan for the past month, starting to see some good results so far
>Emphasis on incline bench, as well as traps and delts to improve posture
>I do a full routine too, I just make sure to always be improving these.
>mild cut , -300 TDEE
my plan is to start bulkan once I no longer have noticable man-tits
>you are just fat and you have no muscle
so... skinny-fat?
If you're skinny fat you have to fast to reduce your body fat. This works because fasting, as opposed to CICO weight loss, is very muscle sparing. After you've lost the fat, you can bulk as usual.
This but also don’t be afraid to lift as well, it’s encouraged actually. Do light work which will also serve to familiarize yourself with the proper form and build a habit.
i finally escaped skinnyfat mode, took a good while
160lbs > 225lbs
you werent skinnyfat in the first pic
I'm the middle guy in that pic, I'm doing keto OMAD while lifting for volume so like 10-12 reps and I'm slowly seeing some progress.
How the fuck do I put mass on forearms.
Farmer's Walk
mind sharing your routine?
>130lbs 5'7"
>people (sedentary normies) tell me I'm fit and like my arms for some reason
>130lbs is absolutely nothing, gf weighs more than me probably
>want to bulk but don't want to become more skinnyfat
>need bigger legs and chest so I have to bulk regardless
Fuck
Same stats, we'll make it, just keep at it
Been trying to make it for over a year but I've been wasting time not making any significant weight changes this whole time and getting stuck at the same weights for my lifts. I have to commit to a long term weight gain but trying to bulk within like 250kcal of maintenance is super fucking annoying
Guys I gained a bit too much too quick while bulking what do I do. Would just eating maintenance maybe little under+ healthy + lots of protein + same workout work?
Right here. Trying to cut but it's been difficult so far
Similar stats, about 10lbs heavier and still bulking. Dirty bulking is probably your best bet
>minimize carbs and fats
Are you trying to become a trap?
Going pretty good desu. Completely cut out soda and fast food. Been doing heavy (for me) compounds on a very slight deficit. Starting to see more ab and tricep definition.
please tell me what you did im a little bit fatter then the first pic and hae been doing to c to 5k and just in general eating on deficient is this the good way of going about things?
Decided to bulk, I was 146lb at 6 feet and I was STILL skinny fat, I'm already around 15 pounds heavier and imo look a little less skinny fat and more 'normal' I really can't notice any fat changes but my muscles definitely improved.
Before I was obsessed with abs so I was cutting (Yeah, at like 150lb) and it was a big mistake because the strength gains were very difficult and I had zero muscle anyway. Basically a waste of time.
eat at just above maintenance while doing SS
