Ok well technically you may or may not be, kind of early to tell. Wait a year if it doesn't change appreciably your hairline might be a "maturing" hairline. If it does sorry bucko.

I started balding 2.5 years ago when I was seventeen. Clumps of hair would be stuck to my hands every time I used shampoo. I started masturbating less about a year later and it stopped pretty quickly. I don't want to claim that nofap is what did it, but after I toned it down a bit I stopped balding. I also started eating less sugar around the same time and didn't work out quite as much as I had, so that could be related, but Idk.

Also, a receding hairline is more noticeable with long hair than regular length. It doesn't seem like it would be the case, but it is.

There is no evidence supporting that nofap stops hairloss.

This is me. I can still cover it up quite nice as you can see in the right pic. Balding started when I was 17.

I managed to turn it around somewhat by applying liters of minox. Recently also started finasteride treatment 3 months ago (I'm 21 now). I'm curious to see what the results will be like. Haven't really noticed much improvement yet, but it hasn't gotten worse either. I might lose fewer hair than 3 months ago but I'm not sure about that.

Did you notice any side effects from finasteride? How much mg are you taking per day? Im planning on getting on 1 mg per day soon.

balding always happens in "waves". It doesn't happen "gradually". In year X you lose 1% of your hair. In year X+2 you lose another 3%. In year X+5 you lose another 10% etc.

No sides. I was really paranoid about that in the beginning, but you really shouldn't believe all horror stories you read on the internet about it.

I take 1mg which is the lowest dose. The pharmacist said that it is nearly impossible for side effects to appear at such low dose. So don't worry about it too much.

most men experience a slight hairline regression around their late teens/early twenties, it isn't balding. if it starts getting much worse it's probably balding. there's hope for you yet. i had a fucked high hairline for most of my life and it got a little bit worse in the last few years (i'm 22) but i still have a solid head of hair and with careful styling the hairline isn't too noticeable

And most side effects like low libido or erectile dysfunction occured in people that had very low dht naturally. At 18 im probably at my peak DHT levels right now.

not me but my friend started balding at 18, almost 19 now and his hair is way thinner than yours. doesnt matter to him to cos he looks badass as a bald dude. his beard isnt balding.

A lot of people have maturing hairlines that change a bit when they leave puberty but you probably aren't going half. The same thing happened to me when I was 16/17 and I'm 20 now and it hasn't changed since then.

Is anyone else losing their hairline and not caring about it? If you were really a robot the last thing you would care about is your hairline
