don't be harsh bros, I have had my ankle broken twice and my mobility is shit and that causes my squat to just go 90ยบ and my back going way too forward making it hard to squat more.

13 months in, how does it look. My back squat is shit, but I'm working on it.
1RM maxes:
Back Squat: 120 kg
Deadlift: 170 kg
Bench Press: 100 kg
Overhead Press: 65 kg
Pendlay Row: 100 kg

Not really a pendlay row, supinated bent over row as taught in SS.

>tfw the calculated max on bench is off by about 10KG
I'll take it though
Adding chins is probably a more accurate reflection than just rows.
