Not eating that bag of potato chips will catch up the same as eating it. Not working out will catch up the same as working out.

I've never really exercised before but I've always stayed skinny thanks to my kick ass metabolism. Now that i'm older though i'm starting to put on weight. I'm already on a decent headstart to being healthy since I've only drunk water with the occasional juice or soda with a meal so I may as well do this before it's too late.
