What are some ways I as a NEET with minimal skills can make $850 quickly? I'm too depressed to work and everybody online is only interested in giving money to cute girls, not ugly black manlets.

This isn't fast, but it should take minimal skill, and give you a steady income.

Go to /aco and find the TK17 thread. Download and set up a copy. Get some models, and figure out how to stage scenes.

Pick up a copy of ren'py ; learn how to make simple things with it.

Start to make a game centered around some fetish, using ren'py as the engine, and render scenes in tk17

Post it on patreon and /aco ; keep updating regularly with new rendered scenes. Start collecting money from people paying you to make it.

I need the money so I can get a new computer /:

You don't need 850$ for a new computer.
Get a thinkpad t420 or x220 off ebay for less than 200$.
Install some GNU/Linux dristro and get into computer science.
Go to upwork and check what skills are in demand, then learn these skills.
Get hired as a freelance and make enough to sustain a NEET lifestyle while not being a leech to your parents/government.

I need a computer that can handle a lot because I'm a music producer and I rather get a new one, my cousin offered me his last laptop but I can't even open up the DAW I use on it

They'll handle a DAW no problem if configured right.
Save the rest for audio equipment.
