I already know of KnK, oregairu, NHK.

Kimi ni Todoke is alright if you're looking for a shy female MC to fall for instead of a guy to put yourself into the shoes of, Watamote is the same but sucks not far after the point where the anime ends. Haganai is like Oregairu with at least 60% more harem. That's about all off the top of my head

Other anime I can think of besides the ones you mentioned are Colorful and Watamote. Then you have more subtle stuff like Hyouka or Monogatari Series where is clearly a central theme even if it's not the only one.

Read the manga. Ueno, the girl on the right, is only mean on the outside. She's only mean because the MC likes the left girl and she struggles expressing herself. The manga does the characters much more justice. The only true ass fuck character is Kawai, who continues to be a fake cunt through out the story.
