I would appreciate some instructions for this; is he boiling it in a bucket or something?

No, hes using the bucket to press it down.

oh fuck me and my brother need this
is there any negatives to drinking this?

Probably just some bad shits, unless you guys are allergic to any of the ingredients

i have to say, it's not as bad as a milk allergy or anything, but having a lethal peanut allergy is kind of a drag when it comes to bulking up

thanks daddy-o we gonna get big and strong for you

yeah but then just don't eat the PB, there are plenty of other things you can bulk on
you're welcome

No thanks brah

>are there any negatives?
>178g of fat

Here's posted for suggestions on cold-prepared cholesterol sources (cheap).

There are really great keto recipes (especially if made with great stevia).

Well that´s it for tonight lads, on Friday I'm going to post some motivation, but keep trying yourselves to re-forge /fit into the board it used to be

OP, thanks for this dude. I lurk hoping to catch useful bits of information sometimes, but this is something else. This is the pure knowledge and helpfulness I want from this board. Good vibes, my man

Personal meal tips for others:
- start doing meal prep. Set aside a Sunday to just fucking making some meals. Lunch and dinner should be something you throw in the microwave, breakfast can be as easy as fruit, or oatmeal, or yoghurt and muesli, or even a shake. Spending most of a day shopping and cooking frees up so much total time over the week. Especially when it comes to dinner, it's infinitely easier to hit the gym at a good time when dinner is a 5 minute button press away
- risotto (chicken and mushroom especially) is a banging bulking meal. Add lots of parmesan cheese
- stir fry is quick and easy meal. Broccoli, carrot, hokkein noodles, onions sauce (try to find the one with the least sugar in it), beef, all done in a wok. Good for bulking and cutting (more veggies, less noodles and meat for cutting)
- bookend your days. get a morning and evening routine on the go, and you'll be better for it - makes it much easier to get to sleep etc, wake up, etc
- if in doubt when bulking, put rice and beef into it
- if in doubt when cutting, put more muhfuggin veggies into it
- if you know you're susceptible to buying snacks while you're out (and this also helps to save money), set up snack boxes for yourself and take them with you; sultanas and almonds, dried apricots and macadamias, cashews... Work out what you like, and always have it on you

Disregard my advice as you see fit. This is your show, after all. But hopefully it helps a little

Thanks again OP, this stuff is god-tier
