Ive gone from watching porn, to looking at pics of naked chicks (XX), to now just looking at lingerie sites. Trying to stop that as well.
Any tips/reccomendations to try to kick this habit once and for all?
My dad always taught me to "bounce your eyes" if you see something sexual by chance (you weren't seeking it) then bounce your eyes to something else. Seems simple and obvious but it helps

Stop framing it as whether or not the feelings are justified, because that means nothing. Frame it instead as what actions would be productive or what problem-solving styles would be sustainable.

I've told my close friends that I've gone from Ath*ist to Christian (more or less). But hiding it from my parents.
